3. Payment Terms

All fares are calculated based on the distance traveled and may vary based on demand. Payment must be made through the RiderCab app.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 10 minutes before the scheduled ride will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 minutes may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

RiderCab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the app.
